Tier 1 Support
Tier 1 Support is our remote-IT support package. If you’re the type of business that understands the need for technology within your business but your budgets don't stretch to having a dedicated IT person this may be the option for you to start with.
The Tier 1 support package gives you unlimited remote support Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 for your end-users, covering your workstations, servers and network.
Job tickets can be raised via our online web portal in the first instance but in the event that the web portal is inaccessible you can get in touch with our help desk team by telephone or email.
Our help desk technicians use remote-access software to connect to you workstations and in most cases are able to rectify your issues as though we were in your office, all without having to visit your office!
If it turns out a site visit is required, as a tier 1 customer you will benefit from reduced rates for the time on site.
