What does it cost to own a domain…
Any .co.uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk, .me.uk domains are priced at £25 + VAT for a 1 year period.
Any .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz domains (except .gb.com, .uk.com, .eu.com, .us.com) are priced at £50 + VAT for a 1 year.
All other domains are priced on application.
The prices above include all aspects of of owning a domain. This includes multiple changes to the records contained within the domain. There will also be no charges levied for transferring domains into or out of our control, unless we ourselves incur costs from the other parties involved. In this case we will let you know the costs involved and pass the costs on to you. Some exclusions may apply, please read our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Legal
Cairn Solutions offers a wide range of domain names that are registered through various organisations. We retain full administrative control of the domain(s) registered by us on your behalf, thus ensuring smooth registration and renewal procedures.
If you register a domain through us, you will not only be subject to our Terms and Conditions but also those of the individual Registrars.
Any registrations made by Cairn Solutions on your behalf with Nominet are subject to Nominet’s Terms & Conditions
Service Level Agreements
Access to domains registered will be within 1 working day of payment being received.
Details of the services and how you access and use them will be notified to you by e-mail within this period.
Subsequent renewals will be invoiced and sent by e-mail on the first working day of the month preceding the renewal date. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date then the registration will be allowed to lapse.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our domain name registration services then please contact us in the first instance via email and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. If after consultation with us you are still unsatisfied, please contact us in writing as per the details on the Complaints Escalation Procedure page.
